Análisis de las Campañas Enviadas

Para poder hacer un análisis de las comunicaciones realizadas por la herramienta de envíos Mittum, se han extraído todas las campañas enviadas desde Enero de 2016 hasta Marzo de 2017. Se han seleccionado todas las campañas de los diferentes clientes de España (ES) y México (MX).

 

  • En este análisis, se han evaluado los resultados a nivel Global así como por país.
  • Analizaremos las principales métricas, como la tasa de apertura y la tasa de reactividad (CTOR).

Global | Envios realizados

Si vemos el detalle global de los envíos, observamos que la entregabilidad de la base es buena pero se podría hacer un ejercicio de limpieza, de manera que la tasa de rebote (4,8%) fuese menor.

En cuanto a la Tasa de Apertura es una métrica indispensable a la hora de valorar si el asunto o titulo del email impacta o interesa al usuario que lo recibe. De todos los correos enviados, un 16% de los usuarios que lo reciben el correo lo abren.

También tenemos la métrica Tasa de Reactividad (CTOR) esta tasa es la más importante, este dato nos indica que tan atractivo es el contenido del correo para el usuario que lo recibe, una vez abierto el correo da click en los links que se anuncian en el cuerpo del email. Nos indica la calidad de la campaña en todos los aspectos. Todas las campañas enviadas tenemos un 4% le ha mostrado interés en el contenido del correo.

Tasa de aperturas por hora

Usamos la hora de envío de la campaña para analizar cuál es la mejor hora de envío en función de la tasa de apertura.

De los correos enviados a las 7 y 11 de la mañana tienen una tasa de apertura del 18%. De las campañas enviadas a las 13 horas tiene la tasa de apertura más alta de 19%.

Tasa de aperturas por día

Es conocido que las campañas enviadas los días laborables son las que tienen mejor tasa de apertura, pero la siguiente duda es qué día de envío tiene mejor tasa de apertura.

En este segmento de clientes que estamos analizando los días con mejor tasa de apertura son martes, miércoles y viernes.

Es importante comentar que no solo la hora o el día nos puede hacer conseguir el éxito en las campañas, sino también analizar la intersección de diferentes variables, que comentaremos a continuación.

Tasa de aperturas franja hora/día

Observamos en cruce de franja de hora con el día de envío de la campaña y la tasa de apertura, según nuestros clientes analizados las campañas que tuvieron mejor tasa de apertura es el día martes en la franja de hora de envío de 12 a 20.

También vemos que los envíos realizado el domingo entre las 3 a 5 de la mañana tiene una tasa de apertura de 35%, una de las hipótesis a valorar es que al ser un día no laborable, se espera que nuestra audiencia puede dedicar parte de su tiempo libre a revisar las campañas enviadas a primera hora de la mañana.

Tasa CTOR por hora

Usamos la hora de envío de la campaña para analizar cuáles son los envíos que tienen mejor de la tasa de reactividad(CTOR).

De los correos enviados a las 8:00 y 21:00 tienen una tasa de CTOR más alta de nuestra audiencia es del 7%. Esto significa que de las campañas recibidas, los usuarios que han abierto y han hecho click en el correo.
